Please download the Signup sheet (Excel or PDF version), fill out the information and email it to edmillervdosoftball@gmail.com .

If you have previously registered (last season), there is no need to sign up again.

 There are many teams available with different skill levels so the information you provide will help place you in the proper league.

You will also be required to read and accept the Terms of Use document that will be presented to you.
